Delivery Information

We despatch fire and electrical trade equipment across the UK mainland. Below is a plain-English guide to how shipping works with iComply Supplys.

Delivery coverage

Included at standard checkout rates: England, Wales and mainland Scotland (subject to carrier coverage for your postcode).
On request / quoted separately: Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and other remote locations.

Exact prices are calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Bulky items (control panels, cable, bulk device orders) may ship as multi-parcel or pallet consignments.

Processing & cut-offs

In-stock lines ordered on a working day before our despatch cut-off are typically processed the same or next working day. Weekend and bank holiday orders are processed on the next working day. Special-order equipment is confirmed with an estimated lead time before we take non-refundable deposits where applicable.

Tracking & access

Tracking links are sent by email when your order ships. Provide a mobile number for courier notifications. For site deliveries, include gate codes, site contact and any restricted access times in the order notes.

Damage, shortages & failed delivery

Inspect parcels on arrival and report transit damage or shortages within 48 hours with photos.
Failed delivery or long waiting-time charges from carriers may be recharged on trade site deliveries.
Change-of-address after despatch may not be possible once the carrier label is created.
