How to apply

Email icomplypropertyservices@gmail.com with the subject line Trade Account Application.
Include: company name, trading address, VAT number (if registered), contact name, phone, email, and a short note on the products you typically buy.
We will confirm account setup, pricing approach and payment terms (card/pro-forma by default; credit only where expressly agreed).

Trade terms summary

Payment: due at order or on pro-forma unless written credit terms apply.
Delivery: UK mainland standard and express options; collection by arrangement from Stockport (Offerton).
Returns: unused, resaleable stock within 14 days with Returns Authorisation; restocking may apply on opened non-faulty trade returns. Special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Pricing: guide prices online may differ from live trade quotes on project quantities — always confirm large orders before committing to site programmes.

Competency reminder

Fire detection and emergency lighting equipment must be designed, installed and maintained by competent persons in line with relevant British Standards and fire safety legislation. Account supply does not include design responsibility unless separately contracted.
